ThePDFBuddy ("the Service") provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files and images — including merging, splitting, rotating, watermarking, numbering pages, and converting images to PDF. All processing happens locally on your device; files are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Process material you do not have the right to use, copy, or modify;
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its underlying code;
Use the Service to create misleading, infringing, or unlawful documents.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Because processing happens in your browser, output quality depends on your device and browser; always verify important documents before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThePDFBuddy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any loss of data or documents.

Your files never leave your device — we do not collect, store, or transmit the documents you process. The site may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising (see below) and basic analytics. Details are in the Privacy Policy linked in the site footer.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ad providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
